Marked for the Hunt [PDF, zine + cards]

Marked for the Hunt is a monstrous tabletop roleplaying game played across three Acts using an oracle deck, a deck of playing cards that provide prompts and clues to guide the story. New horrors await you every time you draw a card. Very little is known about the story in advance, except:

• You are being hunted by an unknown entity.
• It is hunting you in particular and will stop at nothing to get to you, even if that means killing others first.
• It will kill you if you do not kill it first.

The only way to discover what hunts you, why you were marked, and how to kill your hunter is to play and find out. Over the course of three Acts, players draw cards into their field from the oracle deck to reveal prompts from which they can build their story. Prompts are answered one at a time to build the story by gambling against your own Fate. A suite of Tool cards can help swing the chances in your favor - succeed and earn Clues to save yourself. Fail and you must answer more difficult prompts while that which hunts you draws ever closer to killing its final prize: you.
